Carpet Cleaning Association of WA
PPCS always seeks to improve our knowledge and our professional associations.
We are pleased to announce that we are members of the Carpet Cleaning Association of WA for 2016 – and hopefully for many years ahead.
This is an assurance to PPCS Technician Division clients that the work you have done is to the Associations standards and ethics. You will always have a professional job done at a fair and transparent price.
Our staff are highly trained to meet the cleaning needs of different types of carpet, whether natural or synthetic. It is a point of pride that our IICRC certified Technician always cleans to AS/NZS 3733:1995 [Textile floor coverings—Cleaning maintenance of residential and commercial carpeting] to ensure your carpets are cleaned to a trusted and recognised standard. He is also a Registered, Woolsafe Approved Service Provider https://www.woolsafe.org/
Our Technician also serves as the Health & Safety Officer and committee member for the Carpet Cleaning Association of WA.
We offer 3 different types of cleaning:
- Hot Water Extraction (commonly called ‘Steam Cleaning’) – this gives a thorough, deep, restorative clean, as per the Australian Standard.
- Encapsulation (Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning) – can be a good option – especially for some carpet-fibre types. But in most circumstances is best seen as a maintenance clean.
- Dry compound cleaning – this process is useful in situations where the carpet cannot be allowed to be wet at any time. It does have some limitations, but is an excellent solution for certain unique and challenging cleaning situations.
